• Information Technology – 4‑year B.E./B.Tech in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Technology or Computer Engineering.

• CC LAB – Ph.D. in Chemistry OR 4‑year B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering, Petrochemical Engineering or Chemical Technology.

• Finance – CA or CMA, OR a full‑time graduation in Commerce/Accounting/Finance (B.Com, BMS, BAF, BBA) followed by a two‑year full‑time PG degree with specialisation in Finance (M.Com not accepted).

• Marketing – Science/Engineering/Agriculture graduate degree followed by a two‑year full‑time MBA/PGDBM/PGDM with specialisation in Marketing, Agri‑Business Management or Agriculture.

• Rajbhasha – Master’s degree in Hindi with English as compulsory/elective at degree level, or the mirror combination, or a Master’s degree in any other subject studied through Hindi medium with English at degree level.

A minimum of 60 % marks is required in every discipline, though the percentage is calculated on different qualification levels (final‑year graduation, post‑graduate degree/diploma, etc.) as per the discipline. Some disciplines offer a 55 % relaxation for SC/ST candidates.

Age Limit

Age is reckoned as on 1 February 2026. The notification does not prescribe a minimum age. Category‑wise maximum ages (general position) are:

• UR and EWS – 27 years

• OBC – 30 years

• SC and ST – 32 years

• PwBD (UR) – 37 years

• PwBD (OBC) – 40 years

• PwBD (SC and ST) – 42 years

CC LAB candidates with a Ph.D. have an upper limit of 32 years. A further 5‑year concession applies to children and family members of the 1984 riot victims.
