IS Audit (AGM & Manager): B.Tech/B.E. in IT, Computer Science, Electronics & Communication or Electrical; or M.Sc (IT/CS), MCA, M.Tech; or a Science Graduate with a valid CISA certification.
IMD – Premises (DGM & Manager): B.Tech/B.E. in Civil or Electrical Engineering (or a dual specialisation including Civil/Electrical).
Legal (DGM & Manager): Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognised university.
Security Officer (Manager): Graduate in any discipline with commissioned service experience (not below the rank of Captain or equivalent).
Manager (Grade B): Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
AGM (Grade C): Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
DGM (Grade D): Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
As on 1 July 2026, the age limit varies by grade:
Manager (Grade B): Roughly 25‑35 years.
AGM (Grade C): Roughly 28‑40 years.
DGM (Grade D): Roughly 35‑45 years.
Age relaxation is provided for SC, ST, OBC, Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) and Ex‑Servicemen as per government rules.
The basic pay for each grade is:
Manager (Grade B): ₹64,820 – ₹93,960 (approx. gross ₹1,29,000/month in metro cities)
AGM (Grade C): ₹85,920 – ₹1,05,280 (approx. gross ₹1,69,000/month)
DGM (Grade D): ₹1,02,300 – ₹1,20,940 (approx. gross ₹2,04,000/month)
In addition to basic pay, officers receive allowances, perquisites, Performance Linked Variable Pay and pension benefits under the bank’s New Pension Scheme (IBLNPS). Fresh appointees serve a one‑year probation and are eligible for transfer anywhere across India.
Shortlisting: Candidates are first shortlisted based on declared eligibility – age, qualification and experience.
Group Discussion & Personal Interview: Shortlisted candidates appear before a panel for a GD and/or PI to assess knowledge and suitability.
Document Verification & Medical: Selected candidates undergo document verification and a Pre‑Recruitment Medical Test (PRMT) before final appointment.
